Terms of Service

Effective September 12, 2026.

1. The Service (BYOH model)

CloudHostAI ("the Service") is operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC. CloudHostAI is Bring Your Own Hetzner: you connect your own Hetzner Cloud account and we orchestrate servers inside it on your behalf. You pay Hetzner directly for compute; you pay us the CloudHostAI platform fee shown on the pricing page.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your own Hetzner account and API token, the content and legality of what you deploy through the Service, and reviewing deploy/log output before relying on it.

3. Billing & cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly or annually to the card on file. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. We do not control, and are not liable for, Hetzner's own infrastructure or billing.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
