You can cancel your CloudHostAI plan at any time from Settings — access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: email support@eliteaiempire.com within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Your Hetzner charges

CloudHostAI does not bill or refund your Hetzner compute costs — you pay Hetzner directly, and any refund for Hetzner charges is between you and Hetzner.
