Managed Coolify vs a managed deploy service
Coolify is an open-source PaaS you can self-host or use as a hosted control plane. CloudHostAI is a separate managed deploy service; it does not run Coolify.
Choosing
- Choose Coolify if you want an open-source control plane and are happy to run or pay for it.
- Choose a managed service if you do not want to maintain the platform yourself.
Check Coolify’s current hosted pricing on its site; we do not quote it here.
How CloudHostAI works
CloudHostAI deploys Git repositories to a server in your own Hetzner account. You connect a Hetzner API token. It provisions the server (default location Falkenstein, Germany, which you can change) and runs your app in Docker behind Caddy. Caddy issues a Let’s Encrypt certificate when you point a custom domain at the server. The platform fee is Free, Indie $19, Startup $39 or Team $99 per month. Hetzner bills the server to you separately (current plans, checked 2026-10-27).
